What to Expect:
Our Meditating with Flowers workshop is not your typical flower arranging class. This session is a journey into mindfulness and relaxation, where the focus is on the benefits of being present and engaged in the creative process. Each hour-long session begins with a warm welcome and an introduction to the beautiful, seasonal flowers we'll be using.
Experience Meditation in Action:
From the very start, you’ll practice detachment as you prepare your flowers, letting go of stress and distractions. As you create your floral arrangement, you’ll be guided to engage all your senses, staying fully present and mindful throughout the process.
